  • We make it our priority to deliver & stock groceries before your arrival. In some instances, particularly during busy vacation seasons, there may be delays due to housekeeping, inspections, traffic, and heavy order volume. In most cases, you should receive your order by no later than 5 pm.

  • Refrigerated and frozen items will be stored appropriately. All other items will be arranged neatly on the counter.

  • Yes! Select "Custom Item" while shopping and use the notes box to enter details about the item you would like to order.

  • When your order is placed, your Credit Card will be authorized for $20. Your Credit Card will then be charged for all groceries and fees within 24 hours of delivery and you will receive an email with your final grocery total.

  • Orders can be cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery.

  • Please place orders at least 48 hours prior to requested delivery date and time. Please contact us for order availability within 48 hours. Please note, there is a $25 "rush" fee for orders placed less than 48 hours prior to delivery.
